Ordered items may be returned or exchange within 14 days of purchase, provided that are unused, unwashed, unmodified & not damaged.
Exchange for online orders is only available on size exchange.
You need to contact us at [email protected] before you ship any product back to us. If you ship before contacting us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Ensure the product is with hangtags & packed in the original packaging.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment method within 7-14 days.
Please note that processing time for refunds is subject to the respective bank or individual card issuer’s internal procedures.
Delivery fees will not be refunded for any return or exchange.
