- When the international order is delivered to the destination country/region, it may be subject to the customs clearance procedures and delay the collection time, please forgive us. If you don’t want to send the goods from Jo’s, you will need to bear all related freight, any import fees due to the package, the cost of returning the goods to Jo’s etc. The relevant amount will be deducted from your product refund.
